Join the new 103 Club, a network of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of the working poor. With just $100 and 3 hours a year, 103 Club Members create opportunities for people who are working hard and still can't get ahead. Become a changemaker -- the small donation enables Springboard to offer free networking training around the Bay Area and your 3 hours enables you to directly impact the lives of 9 low-income folks in just one year. Making a Difference...One Hour at a Time!
This holiday season, come and make a difference with Springboard Forward, on your lunch break! Springboard partners with other agencies to bring Speed Networking, an innovative career development tool to people who are working hard, but still having a hard time making ends meet:
Here are some exciting ways to really make an impact and give back to your community this holiday season at Springboard's innovative speed networking events:
1. Instead of traditional gift-giving, organize a group of 10-15 to participate in a speed networking session, creating a meaningful and fun event where you know you are helping individuals advance their careers
2. Get your alumni group involved! Set up a special event just for fellow alumnae - a way to network with each other and create a presence in the community
3. Volunteer with important people in your life - create an experience together by doing good work

Speed Networking in a Nutshell ---- A lot can happen in 15 minutes! After our clients participate in a networking training, they put their learning into practice at a Speed Networking session with volunteers like yourself. These small Springboard gatherings bring clients and volunteers together for 3, fifteen-minute practice interviews that make HUGE IMMEDIATE IMPACT! All you have to do is come and share about your personal career experience! It's simple, yet it makes a tremendous impact!
